Kayden's Certificate of Conformance certifies the products furnished on an order have
been manufactured in accordance with required instructions and/or industrial specifications, including UL/CSA & FM approvals.
This can be ordered after the product has been shipped, however a past order must be attached to this request.

Country of Origin Certificate |
|
Kayden's Country of Origin Certificate confirms that the goods specified on an invoice/packing
slip originated in the territory of one or more of the Parties, and comply with the origin requirements specified for
those goods in the North American Free Trade Agreement. One certificate accompanies each order.
This can be ordered after the product has been shipped, however a past order must be attached to
this request.

Kayden's Performance Test Curve contain 10 data points. Includes Kayden's
sub-vendor certificate. Calibration of Set Point(s) extra. Certificate of Calibration lists each product model number, quantity purchased
and tag numbers (if any).
This certificate must be ordered with your product, otherwise you will be required to return the products so we
can record the calibration points for your certificate.
