| Q1 |
When does Kayden justify a product as economical to repair? |
| A1 |
When the total repair cost - inclusive of parts and labor - is 50% or less of a replacement
unit; providing the product is still in production - it may be justified to repair a product in the event it is no longer produced and a direct upgrade is not currently available.
